Total Health and Exercise, Personal Training Gym is a non-membership private personal training facility. Which provides certified independent trainers a location to train their clients. The facility is a total of 2000sqf with locker rooms, showers, free towel service, and a large selection of new functional training equipment. The fitness trainers are very diverse in their training and knowledge. You can choose from many health and wellness programs from; sports conditioning, weight management, strength training, general health, and men or women weight loss.

Conveniently located in Centennial at 6979 S. Holly Circle (in the Homestead Park Medical Building). It's close to the South Denver areas of the Denver Tech Center (DTC), Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village, Englewood, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Centennial and Littleton.

 Individual Session Rates
          $65 Per Session. Sessions are typically 1 hour in time. 
           10 pack/hour training sessions = $600 ($60 per session)
          
          $40 Per Session for half-hour session. 
           10 pack/30min training sessions = $350 ($35 per session)
 

 Buddy Rates
           2 person hour session, $40 per person

 
  
NEW Pro-Ball Training Rates
        $70 Per Pro-Ball Training Session. Sessions are typically 1 hour in time.
            10 pack/hour Pro-Ball Training sessions = $650 ($65 per session)

Pro-Ball Training is a workout fitness program designed by Mark Schmukal, NSCA-Certified Personal Fitness Trainer to improve core strength, muscular endurance, balance, stability, and overall strength.  This type of fitness training will increase motor unit synchronization and neuromuscular performance.  Which improves the communication between the brain and muscles of the body.  This type of conditioning will then improve the speed, accuracy, and precision of the body and its movements.
